Maşukiye is in Kartepe in Kocaeli(İzmit). Sapanca Lake is very close to Maşukiye. For us, Maşukiye is the most beautiful village in Sapanca Region.You can experience Kartepe's unique nature and Samanlı Mountains' air which is fresh and full of oxygen.

 Our rooms in Butik Hotel Masukiye, which have central heating, telephone, wireless internet connection and bathroom with mountain and lake views , are going to offer you the comfort  you have in your own home.

We are doing  our best to protect the warm atmosphere of a home. The guests who are coming from  Kocaeli( İzmit) ,Kartepe,, Sakarya (Adapazarı), Arifiye,Sapanca,Kırkpınar,  Gölcük, Büyük Derbent and   Masukiye are mainly  our target group. The guests are both Turkish and foreigner. We attach importance to the Turkish hospitality very much.

In our living room, our guests can play  a lot of games (such as chess, draughts, backgammon, bezique, bridge, scrabble,, etc.) They can drink a lot of different kinds of good quality wine which are from our country. In addition to that, every kind of drink they can have here.

We do our best for our guests and we want them to spend some good time here. We give information about this lovely place.

Our system is bed+ breakfast. On weekdays  we offer you breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. At  weekends  and on holidays, breakfast buffet  is from 09.30 a.m to 11.30 a.m .

Soğuksu Stream flows over from one side of our hotel. We have fruit trees and a natural fence of cherry laurel

We have 9 rooms, 1 suite and 2 living rooms in our hotel. In each room, there  is a  television with satellite, wireless internet connection, telephone and hair dryer. Our suite rooms have air-condition. The central heating system is always active and hot water is available for 24- hours.
